Construction is underway at Stratus, the new collection of 111 luxury Boston condos in the Brighton neighborhood. Developer Cabot, Cabot & Forbes tapped CUBE 3 and EMBARC Studio to design the building, which will be home to apartments ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms as well as a suite of amenities that includes a dog run and a range of lounge and outdoor spaces. Stratus residents will also have access to the amenities at The Overlook, a nearby luxury apartment complex also from Cabot, Cabot & Forbes that features an art gallery, a fully equipped fitness center, and an outdoor pool with a sun deck.
